my mobile phone seems to be showing no bars, so no signal I presume. I can do nothing at all on it, and I normally use it a lot, and being 76 yrs old I'm anxious because I live alone but wouldn't be able to call anyone if I needed medical help possibly

I live at bd17 5dying I've had no issues till recently within the last week the signal strength is down to one bar or none at all I can't receive texts or calls very disappointing with the service this is my way of keeping in touch with my family only as I have health issues with my lungs please address this problem asap

Virgin mobile: please go back to using O2 towers and not the Vodafone ones you have now switched your existing customers to. No signal, Again! So annoyed with service from Virgin, back to emergency calls only again. Very di8with your service

I have had little or no service on my mobile for the last 2 weeks at least and it is not improving. I have All day today had to use WiFi to keep in contact with people. What is going on?

I have had no service on my mobile since the afternoon of the 3rd June. Spoke to Virgin mobile twice and they decided that it outdoor bea faultySIM card. Sent a replacement which does not work . Message I get on my phone is “ Selected networkVirgin is unavailable” My mobile contract is part of the Oomph Ultimate package. This situation can’t go on. I may have to terminate the mobile contract and join another network which maybe more reliable. Absolutely shocking service.HA3 7QA. London.Harrow.
