I just called Virgin on 789 and was told they do not have a date to when this will be resolved.

It's all bull$hit, its been going on since middle of last week with mine!!! First I thought my partner was drunk, asked me what I was doing five times in half an hour!!!???? So I told her, Watching FUBAR... then it never stopped... What ya doing?? What ya doing?? WHAT YA DOING!!!??? IT'S BEEN GOING ON FOR FIVE FRIGGING DAYS!!!! YET VIRGIN SAID THERE ISN'T A PROBLEM!! THIS IS COMPLETELY FUBAR, SO VIRGIN!! WHAT ARE YOU DOING!!??? told me Mr Smith just a slight GLITCH will be sorted in 24hrs... Ha ha ha ha. Rotherham

Like everyone else, repeated texts, (13 times so far for the same Gov Gateway HMRC access code, 5 times for same reply from the GF on O2) , not receiving OTP (Santander & Barclaycard purchases), started Friday

OTP problem is a disaster .Still not resolved .Now getting old OTP from 3 days ago and getting no OTP from Banking provider today .Going to terminate my account when this Vorgin/O2 merger is complete

unable to receive OTP code for bank accounts. Unable to use bank account. Virgin Mobile stating it should be resolved in 48hrs. Not good enough. SE12

OTP issue - Not receiving OTP codes but get repeated message from another contact each time I request OTP so cannot use bank account!!!

Same texts since Friday evening. Can't get any OTPs so can't use online bank, one time purchases or nhs app. Some texts get through or the same one keeps repeating. In lincoln

receiving same text up to 30 times in a day for the last 4 days. virgin technical say the fault will be sorted in the next 48hours, fingers crossed bloody annoying!!

Still no OTP codes coming through. Texts from one daughter (on ID Mobile) come through fine. If other family members (on Virgin and Tesco Mobile) try to send me a text, I instead get the same message ("please get ice cream") that a family member sent me on Thursday. Please sort, and amend the message at the top of this page that says "No problems found!", to reflect the fact that people are indeed having problems. Poole BH17
