RG7 1JX Signal not working - often showing just ‘searching’ then ‘no service’. At one point showed 4 grey bars - and even ‘claimed’ to have 4G. No data at all. Vodafone’s own website shows no problems at all! Great!

Rg40-SE1 - zero coverage on train from Wokingham to London Waterloo. Bouncing between nothing to 3G to 4G to 5G. On the very few occasions where the 5G signal held there seemed to be some coverage (but the 5G signal is absolutely awful and even when on full reception can't load a simple webpage or refresh X - nothing new there then....). Did notice it claimed a 5G signal but no reception bars. 2 more months until my contract is up and I can then leave this god awful network

RG2 to SL1 on the train (Reading to Slough) no service and bounces from 5G to 4G and then back to no service. Phone restarted 5 times already.

TD9 8NS Hawick, Borders. Broadband is awful particularly after 1000pm. Cannot stream, or work as it constantly cuts out. This has got progressively worse over the last few months.

To Vodafone if they read this. When a mast is down for mobile signals, send emails to your area affected customers that there is a signal fault. Hopefully that might stop 40 minutes of ferreting about on Google to find out if you have a fault on your system. Just think what will happen when one of these major storms hit the UK and take out most mobile phone masts, especially when BT are going digital and stop copper wire telephones. Nightmare for anyone with an emergency. Phone tech developers are just like the developers, who though that no hard shoulders on motorways was a good idea. They all forget about the 'ordinary man on the Clapham Omnibus' and what 'he' should do in an emergency. Sadly no one thinks about what can and has happened, with the latter. Mobile phone companies are no different. So much for progress.
