Rochester ME1 at least 2 days with unwatchable E 4 - all other channels including channel 4 ok. Any ideas? VERY inconvenient. J

Just to say, I couldn't get All4 nor other OD services on my smart TV yesterday and today. I wondered if it was down to yesterday's Internet outage at Faster. Anyway, I turned off my smart TV for 30+ seconds, turned off and on my own internet, too, and things are all now working. It just needed a big proper reset.

No all4, 4 online via app or website. Worked perfectly until today, tried resetting, latest software update and latest iPad.

Bristol c4 seems to freeze on freesat my signal is 80% strength 100% so problems its the only channel doing this rest fine

Bh1 3te 40d won't let us play a full series of a programme without going back to the start after the first advert. Also wont fast forward and play
