Having a HUGE problem. Cannot get channel 4 on iPad, iPhone or Apple TV. Says I am not connected to the internet. All other apps fully functional. Anyone else having this problem and what can I do? I can’t even log on to the website. Somethings up. KT47HZ, Kingston upon Thames

ALL4+ which is paid for is constantly freezing or buffering - has been for days now! When will this stop as I’ve stopped viewing as it’s too frustrating
