No internet, used the Kcom site, I can see why in the demographics, the map shows the whole world, I thought Kcom was for Hull and some of Yorkshire. Surely they wouldn't be confusing us showing the reason we have a lousy service is that they are global, should have gone the whole hog and highlighted were they serve in the Solar System, its as useful!

Truly fed up with the offer. Intermittent signal in the same room as the router and I also have an ethernet cable from router to the TV. No 5G available BUT I can get full 2.4 AND 5G in the kitchen!!!! Was on the phone for 1hr yesterday trying to sort. The assistant had no idea how to help me. In the end he suggested I move the router!!! Now it's even worse than before. Unable to sit in the living room (with the router) as no signal!! Great customer service Kcom. Where are all your engineers? AND then you have the audacity to tell me your increasing my bill because I'm out of contract. FUMING!

HU2 area, been dropping connection all day long, have re-booted router numerous times & still the same. Getting ridiculous, cant browse or watch tv, we have boosters & it's still terrible.

HU139AJ Hessle At 2015 hrs each evening starts buffering have turned router off and rebooted but still happening. Unable to us3 the internet or watch television.
